With my background as commercial lawyer and as general counsel for Ericsson´s Mobile Business, my services consist of:

General commercial advice. Hands on advice and support regarding commercial contracts such as supply contracts, procurement contracts, cooperation agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, Terms of Use etc,

External general counsel. Assume the responsibility for the entire legal support to a company and either perform the support myself or through other law firms, as sub contractors, but procured and managed by me.

Cost. With very low costs, my work is offered at very competitive pricing and alternative price models that suits your specific need for support could be offered. The sub contractors are procured at competitive and discounted rates.
